and media
Proceedings covered by the press, and materials of the High Council of Justice.
When a case draws attention, the story gets told without us — or with us. We choose the second, where that serves the client. Below are the publications and official materials in cases run by the firm.

A Finnish national who had been delivering humanitarian aid to the military since 2022 was charged under Article 286(2) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The case was covered by Ukrainian and Finnish media alike.

Notices of suspicion served on doctors in a fictitious disability case
The pre-trial investigation stage. The decisive questions right now are the limits of the suspicion itself and the preventive measure.

The pre-trial investigation stage. The decisive questions right now are the limits of the suspicion itself and the preventive measure.
A pre-trial investigation under Articles 368(3), 369-2(3) and 27(5) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. We act for a doctor at the regional hospital. At this stage two questions decide everything — the limits of the suspicion itself and the preventive measure: the court chose detention with bail set as an alternative. A notice of suspicion is not proven guilt, and the investigation is still under way.
